  Awful, disorganized--"lost" many of my items and told me I was confused. I even had the exact styles, sizes and dates I consigned my items. Spoke to owner and she explained to me how I must be wrong as she spent tons of money on a computer system to keep track of everything. They actually lost some of my things in the past but I decided to give it one more try but the same thing happened again. Never going back here again to buy or sell. Same thing happened with my friend as well. I don't believe it was purposeful but it's still wrong all the same.
