I went to this location as I was having issues with my device. The young man that came to assist me asked me what my issue was. He then proceeded to do a factory reset on my device without discussing it with me first. He says it was a mistake. Mistake or not there is invaluable material that has been lost and cannot be recovered. Another employee, Marcel, attempted to rectify the situation but the damage was already done. Even with VZCloud & Gmail there are photos and information that will never be recovered. I am displeased with the overall handling of my situation and would not return to this location.
